I am buying an '88 Turbo II and was wondering if anyone has had trouble passing emissions and what happened. I live in Illinois and the car is completely stock. Thanks ahead of time.

 

You shouldn't have a problem in IL as long as the cat isn't toast, the airpump is still hooked up, and the car runs properly. I managed to pass with flying colors with an overly rich tune, Ls1 airpump and brand new cat.
