emissions removed UIM and LIM replaced car wont start

i replaced my UIM and LIM with new ones i did emissions removal all but the egr valve ....removed rats nest and now the car wont idle and i dont have fuel pressure ....i have 3 vac lines one from the LIM to the dynamic chamber and one from the FPR to the back of the dynamic chamber by the bacv valve what could cause my car to not idle and hold no fuel pressure relative to removing the emissions and rats nest***

i kno it could be a vac line but they are all capped ....i removed the omp and replaced it with bolts on the LIM but not the block they are capped tho....no air pump or acv thing that connects to it .....ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED thanks : )

The oil injectors need to be removed and bolts in thier place not just capped off. Otherwise that is almost a direct hole into the block if I'm not mistaken.
