Question Emissions & actuator

we dont have emissions so i was wondering. All the hoses and valves underneath the dynamic chamber and intake manifold/ do u need all of them for the car to run/ok? My second question is about those two actuators above the exhaust manifold, do u need them for the car to run?

No, and kinda.
The car will run fine with the emmisions removed.
The car will technically run without the actuators, but it will have massive loss of power at high rpms. If you wire them open, you will lose power at low rpms. Just keep them working. If you have an aftermarket exhaust, then there are other ways of activating them - you can find them with a search on the forums.
