Emissions

I'm pretty new to the world of rotary and I just bought a 1990 Rx7 Gtu/Glx.

Living in one of the only places that have emissions in Indiana, the car didn't have emissions on it when I bought it. But now I need it to pass. I have a cat converter and I was guessing I would get an air pump.

But what I wanted to know, is that all I need to pass emissions?
Or do I need to do something else?

Thanks, any help would be appreciated.

You need an air pump and a Air control Valve. Change oil, spark plugs and also O2 sensor.
