Emissions

How hard is it to get a TII to pass cali emissions? Is it hard to get good power out and still pass? And is it even possible for a 20b to pass? The last one is just out of sheer curiousity. TIA

I don't believe it would be too hard as long as all emission controls are in place and working properly.

20b, no. Not in cali, because it was never avalibile here so it doesn't have any emissions to pass. The T2 is doable as long as it was a cali donor car and you retain all the emissions just as they were in the donor car. Yes you can still get good power and pass smog, thats the beauty of turbos, you just can't port the **** out of it or your screwed.
