Emission Testing Texas Style

I just noticed that my Nox went up for some reason.
Man, I have no idea what's going on with this thing.
Edit: and yeah, the AC is nice. At noon here lately the Envirosafe couldn't keep up. I got 60 degrees in side he car after I charged it with Difouroethane, on a 102 degree day. Not freezing, but it'll do.

You shouldn't have any O2 left over. The cat should use it all up. Excess HC and O2 should react, using up all the O2 and more of the HC's.
Your NOx is pretty high for a rotary, too, doesn't make any sense.
Is it possible that the cat was cold and did not properly light off?
Is it possible that the gas was really old?
Cats are directional. Is it *possible* that the cat is installed backwards?

I will check on the directionality.
Yeah, that extra O2 with a new cat is baffling me. Will buy locally next time, so I can complain if it sucks. May just take the thing to a mechanic - I hate working on emissions crap, particularly on my daily. Should have put my efforts into the '86 with fewer miles I had...

I got 60 degrees F out of the center vent , recirc on, blower on max, on a 102 day, on the highway. Charged using 2 10 oz. cans of duster, definitely lost some purging the charge hose, unable to get all out of the can, etc., so should be close to the calculated 16 oz. needed.
The only thing I've done to the system in this car is replace a low-side hard line with a hole in it (actually, two different ones - stuff was rubbing on them from prev. owner) and a new dryer. Had Freeze-12 in it when the second line cracked, recharged with Envirosafe when that was replaced, and that was in there until it mysteriously got out (wink) to be replaced with R152. Vacuum held for about an hour before I charged it.
It gave me just under 50 degrees on the way to work this morning, about 85 degrees outside.
Not freezing, but pleasant.
I also post in the thread where you introduced R152, if you don't ant to clutter the emissions thread with this.

Now for the best part: I discovered on Sunday while changing out the starter that I had forgotten to plug in the new oxygen sensor. I passed, with no oxygen sensor - and the check engine light didn't come on until another 10 miles or so of driving.
E85 is good stuff...
