emission removed and idle prob and flooding prob

yo wsup pple's anyways i have a wield idle problem i couldnt solve... or figure out..
so heres the problem i removed all emissions and still have omp because i dun want to premix.. and my idle seems to be really weird ..in the mourning ill start the car it'll start up fine ..and will idle at 1400 rpm and stay there even if the car is completly warmed up it'll 1400 or drop a little lower to 1200 ..then after a drive about 30 minute or some where around there it'll slowly go down to 1100 1000 900 and stay at 800 or maybe a little lower but itll never die out .... the lowest it'll ever go it 700
then i do the usually let the car sit for a little bit b 4 shutting off and once i shut it off itll be very hard to start depending on my luck lol i usually have to tap on gas just a little but and itll start up after a few long cranks and in hope that my red top dun die out...or untill it dun have power to crank anymore ....lol it happened a few time where i would have to push start it my self ....everything eles seems fine lots of power through out all rpm's and gears actually the most power ive felt so far ...after the block off plates ....13psi on stock s4 turbo ....1 st 2nd and 3rd still havnt went to 4th abd pull to red line yet but you get what im saying b 4 the block off plates it was fine idle fine no flooding but after i put the block off plates on it started doing it ...so i was wondering if its the block off plates or is something messed up im not aware of..

Idling that slowly, I doubt that you have any vacuum leaks. If touching the gas fixes the "flooding" it is doubtfully flooding.

My best advise is to follow the FSM instructions for adjusting Idle fuel mixture, tps and idle screw on the BAC valve. A piece of PVC pipe will work well for bypassing the TMIC.

BACK a long time ago, there was a man. his alias was DaleClark. and this man created a thread. he deemed it be called "Emissions equipment - what you can remove, and how to"
from that day forth, the mysteries of emissions removal were forever absolved.
i give you - young padawan the righteous path to goodness and all that is right in this universe. rejoice! amen.

well guys i fixed the idle problem now it idles perfectly at 900 i fixed my screwing the little screw with the spring right on top of the throttle body ...
but i still have a problem with it not starting after the car is fully warmed up ....i have no idea what it is ...because NODOHC ^ said that is wasnt flooded because it fires up as i step on gas while im cranking usually around 20 to 30 seconds of cranking or little bit faster .. but it gets really annoying because i went to the gas station to pump gas and when i was done it didnt want to start it'll crank but wont turn over.. after the couple attemps it fires up and im on the way home...this only happens when the car is warmed up ..it starts up PERFECT in the mourning or after i let it sit for couple of hours.........any suggestions ...will help thanks

might want to put back in the 550 primaries...for the rtech 1.8 your only supposed to upgrade secondaries if im not mistaken. also tapping the gas on a fi car is not good. check spark plugs, from all the flooding you seem to have might fouled them up.

Remove your UIM and throttle body. Check the fast idle cam adjuster screws using the FSM procedure in the Fuel and Emissions section.
