emission / performance

I was plannin on gettin a t2 89 -91 rx7. my mods would be turbo, fuel upgrades, etc. now if i have a boost controller and fuel controller would i be able to tune the car so it would be able to pass emissions. Also what would be the limit hp i could have before it would be emissions illegal

one thing that you would need to deal with iis that cat. Just get a down pipe and a mid, and of coarse a cat back adn then get another midpipe made with a cat on it for those days that you will need to go thru emissions, if you donot choose to make another midpipe and retain the can then your performance will suffer,

A cad box will help combustion a bunch also and help clean up your emissions.
