That was my thought as well. This is what, the third or fourth report of this somewhat recently. I'm glad I didn't drop the money on them.

MMR vs. Mazdatrix links. Comparing apples to oranges. Email MMR.

See thread: https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/mmr-camber-adjuster-snapped-908392/

I broke one on my first Autocross Run. Swap the stock links in for now.

Don't have stock Links here they are 1400 miles away in Maryland.

Hope I can find a rod end here.

AWR/Mazdatrix link doesn't use a rod end. Solo, check your PM.

Any chance you can post pics of the failure?

I've been meaning to replace my MMRs with my own design. Maybe these threads will motivate me...

I'm in Lincoln, I'll try and find some for ya around here, I know of a few non-running FCs that can spare theirs for a week or two.

edit: if you need to ship something you can ship it to my place, I live just on the other side of the airport and will be out at the course tomorrow, monday, tuesday, thursday, and friday most likely. What class are you running in? I'll try and track ya down.

Mine failed in the threads of the rod end. It failed in shear due to a side load. Passenger side. That's about all I can tell you.

SOLO:

Are you running stock bushings where the toe adjustment bolt is or spherical bushings?

you can also build your own out of parts that are sold at speedway.

it's awesome that there are so many people trying to help this guy. usually people would just flame this guy to no end for buying parts from MMR but there's actually people on here helping out. amazing. maybe i've just spent too much time in the West Section lol.

i hope you find your camber links and smash all the piston powered cars at your AutoX. good luck!!!!!!

the scca community is awesome, everyone is willing to lend a hand, I don't compete because of various car problems, but I'm always willing to help out. Hell last year I helped change tires, granted it was on an F430 scuderia, but still.

anyways I'm going out to the site tomorrow morning and can hopefully find him and help get him squared away.

Forgot to also ask if you are using stock toe links or aftermarket adjustable ones...

Good luck in the Finale this weekend!
