electronic actuator on 5th and 6th ports

electronic actuator on 5th and 6th ports
i have heard that there are a few poepl on the forum who have an electronic setup to open 5th and 6th ports, i have a 88 SE and the ports open using back pressure, well i have no cat so they do not open, i am wondering if someone can fefer me to who has done this, i am aware of one setup that opens them using the air pump but i have removed all polution control so that is no longer there i woul appretiate help on this topic, and i know that there must be someone out there that has electronically controlled actuation ports....please help
