Electrical Problems (Ain't it always...)
Short version:
Engine seized... car sat around. Just decided to do something about it. Dropped in some Marvel Mystery Oil and got her to turn over.
NOW, she won't crank. No click. No start. No nothing.
List:
What Works:
Headlights
Flashers
Interior Lights
Horn
What doesn't work:
Blinkers
Idiot Lights
Battery Volt Gauge
Fuel Gauge
Battery has 12 volts. Starter has 12 volts coming in also.
Fuse? Where should I start?
Cheers,
Cody

After you've ruled out fuses, I'd check out the ignition switch since the starter seems to have power. And of course, the starter itself. Maybe give it the old tap with a hammer.

OK, this is strange.
Fuses check out.
Now, I did NOTHING to the ignition. However, there is a spade connector disconnected underneath my steering column. The male end is black with a yellow stripe and I think yellow with brown or orange. The female end is blue / green. The fit is perfect but I never intentionally disconnected it.
Now, with this disconnected I get no voltmeter on my dash.
When I connect it I get voltmeter and fuel gauge on but when I remove my key it doesn't go back down to 0 volts... it stays at 12 until I manually disconnect the wire from the spade connector.
Furthermore, when I go to start it I get a *thunk-like* click near my SUNROOF.
I have never heard this before. What on Earth happened? Did someone try and steal my broken car while it was sitting in the driveway or did I just disconnect something accidentally?!?!?!
Please advise.

If the TURN SIGNALS do not work with the key to ON, then you've lost the power to the BLACK wire on the ignition that FEEDS the INTERIOR fuse boxes IG1 and IG2, plus losing the power to the START circuit. Wipers will also not work if the above conditoin exists.
The things you listed as working are all on the batt bus and don't require a key to ON.
Loss of the Main fuse could do this....and loss of the connection b/t the engine bay fuse box and the ignition switch could also account for this.
