Shifter Problems

I have a stock shifter, took it out today and find out i have no bushings at all. I only took it apart because when i shift into first, it just flops over to the left side, and when i try and shift to second it gets stuck and had a slight grind once. So i have to pull it diagonally towards neutral and diagonally towards second just to go from first to second.

Problem just started happening when i went for a short drive.

Bushings disappear all the time. Replace them and have good shift action.

However, bushing will not fix a broken neutral spring. However, that's more of a pain in the rear to fix.
