Electrical problem wile hotstarting

The car has allways had a hotstarting problem. I can easily get it going buy just holding the gas peddel down but it has a problem ideling for a few min. After that it runs fine. After doing the Fuelpump rewire I get 9.4v @ idel and 12.4v @ WOT.

When i hotstart it I notice the relay clicking when i hit the gas to keep it from stalling so I put a volt meter on it and it reads 12.4v under 2k RPM then i hit the gas to keep it from stalling and it clicks and reads 9.4v.
Its backwards when i start it hot.. this happends for about 2 min then it idels fine.

Anyone know what this might be? is it the computer? does it think its cold when its really hot? should it ever read 12.4v under 2kRPM after starting hot or cold?.. I'm confused.

thanx for the help

This is kind of normal if you have no AWS or fast idle cam on the TB.

Has the TB mod been done on this car?

No, i never did the tb mod. the car is stock except for a exhaust, bov and tid mod and rewired FP.. the AWS is the thing that makes it rev to 3k RPM when cold? if so, that happends when i start the car cold with the tranny in netural.

Check/test your intake air temp sensor on (or near, depending on what car you have) the TB....
