Should I check voltage in the different key turns and things on again?

Depends. Did you put the voltage wire that the fan needs back to where it was to begin with?

Voltage wire? only thing i moved was the ground wire back to the battery.. What else should I try to find the problem? It seems to be acting fine now though.. I went out before I moved the ground wire and started it and it didnt seem like it was before, when it would act like the battery was dead, and the gauge stayed around 10 til the car started and jumped up then..

I was referring to the fan wire you had connected to the window fuse. When you started the car as mentioned was the fan then connected so it would run when the key was to on?

For now I would just keep an eye on things and see how things pan out. If the problem continues then just post it here.
