Electrical Power problems!! Thread for the other RAT!!!!!
This is for Sonikrat!
His car is having some sort wierd power issue, where when he turns the ignition on, the power reads 12v. Once ANY load is applied, the power drops to 9 volts (as read on the stock voltmeter), and refuses to return to 12v after load is removed.
And apparently it WILL return to 12v at intermittent times when he messes with some of the electrical equipment.
Thats all the info I got from him so far, and I gotta run to work.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Well, occasionally it'll jump back up to 12volts and the heater blower will run on full power again, but usually if i click the starter or hit the brake at the same time everything stumples to 9volts and stays there, then a couple minutes later it jumps back to 12. Any ideas?
