Does anybody have this same problem...? Sometimes I will start my car then decide to turn on the wipers or open the sunroof, pop my headlights, or something and non of those will work unless i shut off the car and restart it or just turn it to the on position. This does not happen all the time but maybe once a month or two, not sure what electrical part would be causing this. When one of those part does not work they all don't work.

 

Try this,next time this happenes turn the key slightly back or forward while having these on. mine did it and it was the ignition part the key sticks in. I know right away if my wipers dont turn, to turn the key back a bit and then they start right up. when I mean turn I mean just slightly back or forward. let us know if that helps

 

Sounds like it's your ignition switch.
