ok here is the issue

this happened today at 3:00 pm florida time


first off:

alternator passes

battery passes

second is ;

when I try to turn on the car no power whats so ever , yes no power to lights,horn, and radio etc..


third;

when I put a battery booster to the battery i have power to everything.



**things i have done over the year i resoldered the cpu and the dummy lights

i hear a clicking noise from the cpu , i took it apart and hold the relay unit together ill get lights but no power to turn over the car
