electrical issue, hazzards shroting?

ok heres the deal. try to follow

when i refur to the blinker its the passanger side only.

headlights on:
blinker shows on dash that its on(green), not blinking, but solid on, rear tail light amber is sometimes on, sometimes off when this happens.

when i turn on my blinker, passanger side, nothing happens. green light stays on, blinker sometimes turns on solid, but not often.

headlights off:

blinkers off- everything normal
driver blinker on= normal

passanger blinker on = guage cluster blinks, green blinker light blinks, tail lights break lights blink(both sides) but ambers do not blink

lastly, the passanger side break lights do not brighten when breaks are pressed, the break light out shows up on the idiot cluster

recap: lights off, passanger blinker on, no ambers in rear blink, instead the red break lights flash on and off.

lights on, passanger blinker flipped on, blinker doesnt blink, blinker green light stays solid on whole regardless of swich on or off.

the first time i ever had a problem with the passanger side tail light was after i put my tail lights back in from painting my car. they were loose and i went over bumps and shook something loose, my blinker out indicator came on, but it corrected itself, then my break lights on that side started to show that they were not going bright in my idiot cluster.
then lastly this happend last night.

it all happend after i put my lights back in and after i wheel hopped one night.

First thing would be to check to see if the light bulb itself is good. If all lamps are good.

Then check the flasher relay. Its driver side, side panel closest to the clutch. Check to make sure there is no cold solder, or if the relay itself is loose.

Also, it was nice meeting you a hooters last week.

cold solder joints on the Flasher board (not relay as there are several relays on it) in the bottom of the CPU.
