Electrical issue

Was running, but started sputtering a while back - would cavitate, eventually topping out at 4k. Now has problems starting, won't run.
Battery fully charged
Tested cas - in tolerances
Coil getting 0 volts when testing b/y and ground at connector, yet going across was getting -12 volts, key on both attempts.
No spark on leading or trailing.
