electrical/coil? problem

ok i have a s5 with a TII swap.....the retard who did the swap used the s5 TII ecu with the n350(N/A) maf and pressure sensor. now i did the self diagnostic test when my car was running like crap. of course it threw the pressure sensor code and the tps code. so i changed those. now the car runs fine but the check engine light stays on so i did the test again....now it say there's something wrong with my trailing coil.....do the coils have to match the ecu? i looked at the numbers on the coils and the trailing is n327 and the leading is n326. or could it be that they used the na wiring harness? or could the harness have a short in it? any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.
