electric problem

when my car at idle , the voltage is 12v to 12.7v
when I turn on headlight and step on the brake ,
the voltage will go down to 10.6v ,I don't have any subwoofer and amplifier in my car,and my alternator just replaced 6 months ago, the alternator belt is in good condition and does not loose. so is it normal or not?

no, sounds like the voltage regulator inside the alternator is not working correctly. I would have the alternator checked and possibly replaced. I would also check that all the battery cables are in good condition and are connected tightly.

Alt is failing.. or bad grounds on engine and battery.

Make sure when you put the new alt in your didn't overtighten the belt. The belt too tight will cause the alt to fail as well, by too much pressure on it.

When the car is running on less than 12.6 volts, you are only running on the battery.
