Would this work for our cars. It says 240sx, but I found it under universal? Also if it did would I just need one or 2?

12" is too small. You would have to run 2 of them, and then you still don't know how many amps they pull or how much CFM they flow. You need 2500 CFM at minimum. I have a 15" Blackmagic 150 fan that pulls 10A.

Those guys use two smaller fans because they have to, not because it's the best way to go. The larger area of our rad core allows for a single, larger fan which has the advantage of minimizing the hub "dead space"- especially if the fan is shrouded and moved a few inches off the core.
