The first one almost seems too good to be true. The new gasgets and Apex seals means the engine has been rebuilt or the seller knows nothing about the car. Aswell he says it needs a cold start injector which that system never worked in the first place so I bet there is some issue with it that he can't figure out. With the aftermarket stuff on it, the price is low so i bet there is something not being told.
The second one is a base model with moderatly high km's, a rebuilt motor a long time ago, and looks like it has had a recient tune up. It is probably ready to drive as is, but should be looked over by a qualified mechanic. *IF* it is in perfect running condition and the body is clean etc. then it might be worth the asking price at the most. I would be more inclined to say the price should be toward the $2000 mark with the info given.
The first one is priced low most likely because it dosn't run properly (as i'm typing this I am thinking of more things that could be wrong with it based on the description), but appears to be a good starting point if you want do some work. The second one looks ready to go but i doubt is worth quite $2900.
Good Luck

Thanks Craiger.
Your reply definitely helped. I don't know a lot about cars or rotary engines in general, but I know I want an RX7.
The blue one seems like it would run better, etc, but like you said you are skeptical about it because of the cold start injector deailie.
However, i think I like the body on the 2nd one more. I'll try and talk him down to 2400 or so, see what happens! Thanks again!
