While I applaud the fantastic effort somebody did photographing and uploading the whole S5 wiring diagram manual, the organisation of all that info into a webpage is terrible...
Look at the sub-albums menu on the left. There is no "EGI fusebox", but the engine bay fusebox is shown in the Wiring Schematic section. The individual fuses are shown in the section relating to that system.

I see them there is what looks to be a relay labeled W/R? Also one looks to go to the Ecs is this what runs the engine or is it something different.
The wires were totally melted iam worried i might have friend the ecs system. Also one goes to the charging system where would it end at?

W/R is the wire colour (white with a red stripe). See the wire colour key on the first page.
Go to the Engine Control sub-album then the NA or Turbo sub-album depending on what you have. These wiring diagrams are for the EFI system. Look at the first diagram; it shows the Main Relay, which is fed from the EGI fuse via W/L and W/R wires.
The "ECS" they're referring to is the EFI system, which is shown in the wiring diagrams mentioned above.
The charging system is the alternator.

Forget the term "ECS", it's just confusing you. The ECU is the computer that runs the engine.
If the two wires from the EGI fuse weren't burnt right through, the engine would never run as no part of the EFI system would have any power. If it's just the insulation that's damaged then repair it.
Have you checked for ECU error codes?

You won't know until you check...
Oops, i just noticed I mistyped above. I should've said if the two wires from the EGI fuse were burnt right through, the engine would never run.
How long since spark plugs and leads were replaced?

You couldn't post what those codes are for so we don't have to look?
Apart from 51, those are all solenoid valves that I presume you've removed.
51 is the relay for the 2-speed fuel pump system. Follow the FSM's direction for troubleshooting this code (page F2-30).

So you bypassed and removed the relay? Bad idea...
None of those error codes will cause your symptoms. I'm assuming it was previously running okay with all that stuff removed.

Yes it was, one day it did it, then it kept getting more frequent until now it never stops. it's just very frustrating. I changed the pump filter plugs wires and i can not figure it out.
i changed the main relay and it seemed to help for a secong then right back to it's normal self.
