EGI Comp Fuse

Last summer my "Front Wiring Harnes" fried itself. The wires that were involved were connected to the EGI Comp fuse.
I think I traced the problem down to a short near the ACV.
What all is run off of that fuse?
I am in the process of replacing the front harness now (Fun...Fun...Fun!!!)and wanted to see what else I should check.
I popped the ECU open and it looks OK. There isn't any burn marks etc.
Any suggestions????

I had a problem blowing out the EGI fuse a while back. And it was the wires coming out of the alternator that got melted onto the upper intake manifold. It might be worth looking at.

I believe the short originated at the wires coming off of the ACV. The insulation got brittle and broke off and in turn grounded to the motor and shorted out.
I'm not sure how that relates to the EGI Comp fuse, but that is what I came up with.
I just wondered what else may have been damaged on that circuit.
