hey does anyone have info on the 86-88 ecu voltages you should have at the ecu pins, with the ignition on?

I have them for my 84, they are listed in my fsm, but cant find them in the 88 one, turbo.

Plus I saw once, this was maybe a few years ago, a website,link,etc, where some guy, an electronics whiz, gave a rundown on every chip and resistor in 2nd gen ecu, listing what each single resistor,chip did,etc.
It was in depth.. anyone have that info? well, thanks all
