Ecu Throwin 2 codes.. need some detail

Ecu Throwin 2 codes.. need some detail

well i did a ecu check....

gave me what seemed like 2 codes...


first one being code 12 which is Throttle Sensor... now i wana know what i should look for? iam thinking this is the TPS?

i heard this was a commmon problem in 89+ fc's?

i got a 89 Fc

ok second code which is not on the code list is Code 30..


i have no clue why iam getting this code and its not on the code list... can anyone help me out?

Code 12 is the full range throttle sensor. Check the voltage, should be between 0.25-1.25V at idle position and 4.1-4.4V at full open.

Code 30 is for the split air solenoid valve.

Make sure the plug is on it and that it ohms out to the spec in the fsm.
