Ecu Questions

I am doing a engine swap from an 88 vert into a 87 coup. Is the ecu for the vert only specific cuz of the convertible top, or should the ecu stay with the convertible engine?

The ECU has no role in convertible top operation. N326, N327 or N338 (S4 convertible) ECUs are all nearly identical in function.
