ECU limp mode

Nothing you can do to get a computer out of limp mode?

I dont think so.. but is there anything you can do?

1) check the CEL, fix that problem.....
2) if your OMP is out, perhaps your ECU is also fried, for example:
I had to replace my water thermosensor connector to learn that my OMP was out, I had to fix the OMP to learn that my knock sensor was out, then I figured out that I had detonated while my knock was out and blew an apex seal. (the ECU wouldn't show all the error codes at once cuz it fried.)
3) If it is indeed your OMP, then buy a used ECU off of here that works and replace BOTH at the same time
4) Until then, just turn the car off and back on again.
