Talking ECU grounding....

Ok guys I wanted to know about a second ground wire I noticed on the ECU harness.

I know that pin "2C" is a ground wire. But I also noticed that "3G" is also described as ground. I just wanted to know that this is true so I don't short anything out when I ad some extra grounds to the harness.
