Cleaned my BAC Valve!
Well, I cleaned my BAC valve and the idle is much smoother and raised a little bit (100 rpm's). So now the car idles at 600 instead of 500. The valve now clicks when I give it power.
The Idle adjustment screw will not raise my idle above 600. It will lower it, but not raise it. Do I have to adjust the butterflies in the intake now? Is there some other valve that affects the idle?

Yep, it's like 600 is the highest setting! I read that the only other way to adjust the idle (or how you adjust it if your BAC is removed) is by adjusting the butterflies. Yes, No?
