i have a code 20(omp) engine code and i did the factory sevice manual check for the omp. it passed, but the ecu is sposed to have 1-4.2v comeing out of pin 2a. it has 8.6v coming out of pin 2a. i took apart the ecu and it has no burn marks on the curcutry. so is this a bad ecu or is it somthing else making it do that?
