That guy sounds like an *******...

If yours is mangled of busted it might be easier to go to the junkyard and get a connector and wire that in.

I have tried to find the pins and connectors in the past, a couple businesses knew but wouldn't give up the source. If you find out please do tell.

and why do I sound like an *******???!?!?!?

Those connectors are mine. I posted them in the FS section $50 shipped. Brand new, not mangled, not uncrimped, but exact parts that mazda uses.

I found a source for them, but i stopped short off calling them for minimum orders because no one seems to be interested in them.

I'm actually looking for a source of the opposite connectors. (The ECU side.)

They are made by Tyco/Amp. I am unsure of the part numbers. Tyco also makes ECU connectors for Hondas etc.

http://www.bmotorsports.com/shop/contact_us.php

Give those guys a call (I wouldn't email them, people dick around when you use email). They sell all sorts of GM, Tyco, Denso etc car electrical connectors. They may be able to point you in the right direction. As I said, I am positive they are made by Tyco. They are just like FD and Civic/Integra wiring harness connectors in terms of their basic design and pins.

^

I called Tyco/Amp direct once...

They've sold the design to a division in Australia.
Minimum order is 10,000 connectors.

I highly doubt Banzai Racing bought 10,000 connectors.

Oh, OP didn't say they were for sale. It sounded to me like they just didn't want to give up a source. When he said 'found someone' I figured it was someone off line otherwise I would have expected a link to the FS post.

In that case I retract that statement, you are not an *******.

I posted 2 sets for sale, both here and the other forum. My plan was to sell the 2 I had, which hopefuly would get me enough cash to by a dozen or so(if I can). Turn those around and then get the ones for the s5. I got mine directly from the manufacture, through somewhat of a backdoor channel. The company has hundreds of thousands of parts and it is a RPITA to find just one. I looked for 3 hours last night for the MAF plug and still no luck.

ICE i might be able to get you the other side. check your pms

Oh snap i guess i ment pele

So i take it that no matter what my source for these will be AUGieDogie? hmmm well this sucks.
It make me wonder how much you are making these up to sell to us. Plus i want to see what other connectors this source of yours has. There might be other connectors im looking for.

You should post a GB price for us if your going to hold on to your source info.

Yeah, but they don't want to reveal their source.

What kind of markup do you think would be fair?
I am currently searching for as many S4 connectors that our cars have. First for a engine harness, then for other connects. Like the ones for the coils, and dash harness, etc.
I was thinking of a group buy, but i have know idea how to do one, AND in the couple weeks since I posted these for sale I have only had one person really interested. Also, on the other forum you mentioned you might need a lot of them and I replied to you stateing that I would essentually give you your own group buy.
