Welcome to the forum.
You have to pull back the carpet in the passenger footwell to get to the ECU.
The complete factory service manuals are available on-line.
I have a copy at the link in my sig below.
The ECU information in in the "fuel & emmissions" section.
Download & print whatever you need.

lol man somtimes i come in here just for the laugh.
I wouldent recommend opening up the ECU and installing a "chip" unless your an electronics expert cuz thats hella complicated. I mean if you dont even know the location of the ECU it would seem you prob shouldent be getting into modifying it. Hopefully its not one of those ebay performance chips either.
Check out R-Tek's websight thats the right way to upgrade an ECU right there.

Thanks for your help and yes the chip I bought was from ebay Its called high enery performance chip please dont tell me Its a piece of crap=(
