Ecu

this may be a really stupid question but i aquired a ecu from a 87 RX7 and since my car has the 3800 hesitation i was wondering if i could switch out the ecus or do i need the exact same year...

Thats a good question.. I would think you would be able to use a 86-88 ECU maybe before the slight engine change. I would maybe try to keep it the same model though.. (GXL, SE, ....ECT..) not to sure though.. but hope you figure it out alright

Swap 'em out. Both should have N326 written on the top in big letters.
