Ecu?????????

Ok, here's my situation. I bought an ECU on ebay and opened it.
I found that three resistors were burnd out, it so happens that the resistors are related to the bac valve, so then I whent to the junk yard to find another one. I picked up another ECU and opened it I was suprised to find that the same resistors werr burnt.
My question is, what caused this and why?
Could this be the problem with my idle is unstable?
I changed the bac valve, adjusted the TPS, and checked the timming and nothing would solve the idle.
Then I found this problem with the ECU

more than likely the 2 connectors in the plug have been shoved down int he plug at some point in its life and shorted out causing the resistors to go.

But this be the reason for my bad idle.
When I looked in the factory manual to see what these resistor went to it says that it is the bac valve connection. Now my idle acts funny when I press on the brakes. At first I thought it was the voltage that was causing this problem so I purchased an alternator from
silverrotor, you know the fd alternator.
The idle is still acting funny.

yes this would definately mess with youir idle. the BAC adds more air to compensate for the load your a/c or headlights and such put on the motor. if it isnt working or the resistors are burnt out your car will not idle right.

On the pic I supplied there is a couple of arrows. I want to replace these resistors. Where can I get the replacement resistors for this.
I tried to fix one ecu w/another but it didn't solve the problem.
