Where are the second gen's
ECU located??

 

Its located at the passangers foot area, under the carpet, and a metal sheild. Should be 4, 10mm bolts holding the shield on. couple more holding the ecu. CJ

 

It is in the passenger floor panel under the carpet and the metal shield like said above. Just remember to unplug the ECU on the passenger side right near the opening in the firewall. There is a green clip in there that the engine harness is connected to, and if you try to unplug and pull like I did, it won't move until you unplug that.
