Eccentric Shaft Pulley

Is it safe for me to remove the eccentric shaft pulley? Its real rusted so I wanted to take it off to clean it up.

Just wondering if it will throw anything off, and also removed the 4 little bolts but the thing seem tight on. Didnt want to force anything until I get some confirmation. Thanks

yes you can remove the pulley DO NOT REMOVE THE 19mm bolt in the center to remove the maint pulley but all other pulleys can be removed with no problem..

They pulleys will only go back on one way, so you can't re-install it incorrectly. The 4 holes are not symmetrical, so it only goes on one way.

word of advice would be put a line of some sort on them so you know the way they line up. it makes it a tad easier when puttin it back together

Yeah, put a little white dot on the top of each pulley as you pull them off. It makes it much faster putting them back on.
