a lot of ebay products are not that bad, as far as stuff like exhaust manifolds and such, the only thing to be careful of is sometimes they need a little extra support.

I would check your buddies evo's, but I know on for honda's they tend to crack from the weight of the turbo- welding on a couple support brackets should fix the problem.

but that'd manifold right there looks very solid and should have no problems. maybe some clearence issues between the wastegate and the turbo, but an easy fix if it is. i plan on buying an ebay turbo manifold myself next month

yeah, can't tell if those are the same ones that were cracking. Do a quick search and see if you find the pics.

buy it now for $110, how bad can it be!

I remember years ago people complaining about ebay ones cracking, but honestly for $110 I would not be expecting much.

a brace in the right spot and a flex on the downpipe might do the job

using it by itself probally would not be a good idea. But if you did a little bit of your own welding and fabbing it'd probally work out.

Alot of guys on other forums have tried using ebay stuff. By their selves doesn't work out too good but after a little tweaks here and ther I heard it works out well

That's the SSAC manifold.... they were seeing problems with cracking on Honda's a while back, but they've cleaned up their act a little. I am running their 3" exhaust on my FC and everything was top-notch, from packaging right down to fitment.

thats actually a really solid looking piece

but you never know with stuff like that

i know like others said, ssac has some problems with cracking, but that manifold is alot simpler than the honda mani's that were cracking

I'd trust a used HKS cast manifold. It's proven.
