ebay gps body kit???

does anyone know if this cheap ebay kit is worth looking at? or should i just go with the real gp sports kit?

i got mine from raceonusa...they sell the on ebay also...but mine was $900 ... i dont know about the $350 one...seems kinda cheap to me

thats the kit Im going to get in the spring but, im not getting the one with 250 dollars for shipping thats redicilous.

the raceonusa one is probubally what i will end up getting, unless i find a good one for cheaper here in japan and can find an in expensive way to ship it home, but the ones on ebay are frickin cheap.

they are from a company called Irotors...and i love em' .....alot of people talk down about them... but i drive my car hard, and always got brake fade, but havnt since the rotors..... no cracks, and ive had them for more than 3 years now...... plus they look great

i'll have to check out that company, i like the way those rotars look but i know there are a lot of cheap ones out there that crack easily.

i definently agree... but mine havnt failed me yet!


about the kit.... my raceon one was pretty good quality, and other people have had good luck w/ the ebay kits, but not the $350 one..... all im saying is you might just get what you pay for.... but even if doesnt fit right, its nothing an experienced body man cant fix!

i just looked up those brake rotors, $299 for all 4 isnt too bad either, maybe that'll be a gift for my 7 next time i go home.

as for the kits, i would go with the cheap one but i dont want a body kit that shatters the first time i scrape the ground a little bit or hit a hard bump, lol. good fit would be nice but with enough time i could probubally get it to fit nicely if it is way off.

I bought the cheap ebay kit and it isnt bad quality not great fitment but you can work with it... i have a post that has pics of my kit installed and painted the post is called the 4 month body project search for it

looks nice, i'm not a huge fan of that wing but thats what makes it yours, i'm probubally going to paint mine silver too just about 2 shades darker or so with a carbon fiber hood.

the kit from raceon and every other kit on ebay will have fitment issues. ALL kits do. They never fit right either way modifications will need to be done.

i know that no kit will fit exactly right, but it'd be nice if its close to accurate, and i dont want a kit that is cheaply made and ends up being really heavy or cracks easy or something like that.

yea I was thinking carbon fiber but they look ugly on fc's in my opinion yea the wing was one of the things I had to have for my car lol def all personal opinion but good luck like sexindarex said body kits will need work no matter what but normally you get what you pay for the more you pay the easier the fitment should be "dont quote me on that". Either way be prepared for a lot of work if you are going to do it yourself

yea, i'll probubally install it myself and send it out to have it painted, none if this will actually happen for like a year or so cause i'm in japan and my car is in the us but i'll be getting all the parts ready for when i do come back so i can go crazy in the garage.

It depends if you have the skillz and tools of a body shop at your dispoal. If you do then yea the 350$ will work and you will be able to make it fit. If not then it iwll looks like *** with gaps. Your choice. the GPS is also the most popular.
