Can't go wrong with either of the choices. You can pick up a Centerforce Dual Friction from Nopi.com for $237.00 FYI, that has a claimed 90% holding power and I have heard good things about it.

I never liked the centerforce clutch setups,... they claim to hold, but they dont. I would go with the exedy.

The exedy clutch will be fine, just don't buy a no name brand one.. and those springs.. I'd buy some like ebach or tien along with adjustable shocks.

Your old shocks will die quickly if you change the springs only.

my 15 year old front struts took to the new springs just fine, in fact i now don't even feel the need to upgrade the front struts until they do decide to blow out.

im not going for a yes or no, i dont ever look at performance parts so knowing my luck id buy something shitty so i was hoping someone would have name brands to suggest, the eibach idea is good, but i like those springs cause they say 1.6'' drop, i want my 7 to be low the most ive seen on an eibach setup is -.8 and i believe rbs is -1''?

Tein springs are simular to factory spring rates. I think Intrax is fine, but Eibach does have have progressive rate IIRC. Intrax's are a pretty firm ride.

Heads up for camber with the Intrax springs also. You might need plates/adjusters.
