Question is it easy to put a turbo on a non-turbo?

I have an 87 rx7 that is non turbo, I was wondering what is all involved with adding a turbo?

alot more than what it's worth, u would be better off selling the n/a and buying a T2

Its very easy to add a turbo. You just weld it into your downpipe such that it replaced the pre-cat, and you're done.

Turbo'ing the N/A is not easy nor is it really hard. If you have the time you can do anything.

Main things You'll need
-Turbo and manifold with a custom spacer
-upgraded injectors
-upgraded fuel pump
-Fuel managment system
-downpipe
-oil lines
-FMIC intercooler.
-block off plates for ACV
-BOV



you can find alot of these parts in the buysell section which can save you some money.

Like i said... if you have time and the knowledge.. go for it.

and you will also need a riseing fuel pressure regulator

damn dude you mean fingers is not right, i already bolted on the turbo like he said and drove it boostin like crazy!!! i almost made it out of the driveway before my car totaly blew up!! gee thanks for the ******* up my motor fingers
