cone filter(any will do) and a full exhaust(not cheap in itself, but when you consider hp-to-dollars, it's a good deal).

Please read the FAQ thread and read/search the forum before asking this kind of question. The FAQ and archives are both at the top of this page. There is a thread in the Archives that is tittled something like "How to make a beefy N/a" or something similar. Find that and you can find a lot of mods for your N/a. As to what I would say is going to give you the most HP It is definately exhaust. I personally chose the Mazdatrix.com True Duals because they are the only ones with a dyno sheet and they had a big HP increase to the tune of ~34whp. But most people don't buy these because they can't afford it. But compared to a quality cat-back and a header/pre-silencer or a high flow cat setup its only a couple fo hundred more. As for intake don't buy anything other than APEXi or K&N filters and make sure they are HUGE otherwise they will not have enough surface area. And do not just leave it in the engine bay at the very least build yourself a heat shield(some times called a cold air box) but for maximum gains I would suggest a tubular cold air intake. I personally make one but there are others on the market you can look at. Although our's has the best specs :-D
