Easiest way to remove wiring harness??

The engine was pulled a couple months ago... but I'm just curious what method everyone thinks is easier or uses.

Unplug the harness at the ECU end? OR remove the UIM, rats nest, then unplug harness at the injectors? The last method seems like it has some "waste of time" steps in it if your just doing a direct swap.

I've seen it done both ways. Just wondering is it easier to remove the harness at the ECU end? Seems like it would be.

ECU end works fine with me, being that I pull the engine as one anyway.

unplug at the ECU. It's a lot harder to get all those brittle connectors off without breaking when the engine is in the car.
