e-shaft pulley--AC and PS

hello,

this may seem like a redundant question, but i have no ac and have removed the ps.

can i eliminate the pulleys at the e-shaft for relative to the AC and PS as well? no problems?

the bolts are too long o well ill have to find some shorters ones
