E-fan wiring diagram questions....

I'm attatching a pic of the diagram I got with my e-fan's t-stat kit.....

I have only a few questions

The line from the 20A fuse that goes t pin "2" on the t-stat is a separate wire from the wire that comes off of the switch correct? Also do they converge(switch line and t-stat line) after pin "c" or do they remain separate? Lastly if I am reading this correctly the only wiring to be done is on the positive site of the whole thing right? The ground is just that, a grounded wire right?

Santiago

EDIT: I also wanted to ask if you all know of a good switched ign. power source on the passenger's side of the engine bay.

Hmm the way i'm reading it the switch and thermo aren't directly grounded right? i got some help from an AIM friend that knew how to read the diagram. I have all the parts ready to go but I need to find the ign. source I was thinking about the boost sensor but I am pretty sure that isn't strong enough to keep up the 20A draw i'm going to be using here. I might just run the wire all around to the driver's side lol. What is normally used as the switched power on the driver's side?

i didnt bother wiring a manual switch and instead ran both the fan and the thermoswitch from the battery..probably isnt the best way to go....FYI..fan needs to be running from the battery the thermoswitch doesnt need to see 20A..which fan are u using?....u might be better off runing the thermoswitch to power another relay

i bought it off of a friend online I don't know the maker. I'm just wiring the setup up like the manufacturer of the product says I should so I don't screw anything up making other **** with relays and crap.

I was told that the coils had a switched power source and it was a black/yellow striped wire. Anyone know if that is true? I can't find my DMM so I can't check right now :/

ur diagram looks like what came with my thermo switch theres a 15A package and also a 30A....30A was like 50+ dollars....do a search
the fan ur using might be too much for the thermo relay, which fan are u using?....some fans exceeds the 15A capacity

That's exactly how I wired my Permacool. Their instructions don't have anything about a manual switch in them, but I wired one in anyway... just like that.

I guess you have it all together now?
