I was in the market for a new catback system to replace my now road salt-thrashed mufflers on my FC.

I started to look at some individual mufflers and they were running $100-200 each depending on material/make/model of the muffler. That is more than I want to spend. I am not looking at getting N1 Dunks or R.B. setups for most power increase with noise increase. I just wanted a nice looking/sounding stock replacement setup.

I went in to Advance Auto Parts and they sell the Dynomax mufflers for $144 each but you can get the entire Super Turbo catback for $259.99

So....I bought it and installed it.

Nice sound below 3k....not much different above that. Easy to install, came with all the gaskets. No bolts...but it is designed to re-use the old ones. My old nuts and bolts were unsalvagable due to rust and corrosion. So, $2 later, I have all new nuts & bolts & washers to go with it.

I want to give credit where credit is due and say that the Super Turbo catback is a nice kit, at a reasonable price and is worth the money in my opinion.

 

Do they still offer the dynomax system? I went to the site and for some reason I can not find it listed?

17440 is the listed part number for the Super Turbo Flo Kit.
