Dumb Question: Replacing heater hose tommorrow, drain radiator?

Yo,

I changed my oil pedestal o-rings, so now to change out the heater hose I think that's toast. This is the one under the oil filter going to the firewall. I assume I have to drain the radiator to do this. Right?

Thanks in advance.

you can either do that, or put something under the hose and hope you have good aim.

well the easy way is to just pull the engine. Once it's out you might as well make use of all your work and stick a j-spec in. then get some real power outa that "race car"

NO real NEED to drain, but just rinse off all the spilled 'freeze, its corrosive!

If it's been more than a year since you flushed the system, now is a good time. (Mine is overdue)
