hey yall, ive had a dual alt pulley for years just laying around gathering dust and im not sure if itll fit on my FD alt. i think i remember the alt shaft being a different size and the stock sheeve might have needed lathing for it to fit. any info would be greatly appreciated!

 

Yes, the shaft on the FD alternator is slightly larger than the FC's (2mm, IIRC), so the pulley will require a tad bit of boring out to fit.
Very simple if you have lathe access.
