Driver side buzzing

I have a buzzing on the driver side of the dash if I leave the key in run for too long. I'm in the process of a swap so no sensors are plugged in, but I don't get any warning lights or anything. Any ideas as to what it might be?

Key in the switch warning.

If the CPU does not see ignition; it will beep/warn if the key is in the ignition and the door is open (or door trigger is shorted to ground).
